The ICA-HM312 uses Category 5 UTP cable allowing 10 and/or 100Base-T X networking.

To press the E button over 5 seconds at the camera body. Then all of setting include network parameters will back to factory defaults.

That’s because the system comes with the newer video format, and the PC needs to install the newer DC Viewer software to decode and display the video on PC properly.
Please go to “Control Panel -> Add or Remove Programs” to remove old DC Viewer software first. Then connect to IP camera via web browser and it will prompt to install the new DC Viewer software in the PC.

Please follow the steps below:

1. Re-power the device if the unit cannot be found within 1 minute.
2. Do not connect ICA-3110 over a router. IPInstaller program cannot detect device over a router.
3. If IP address is not assigned to the PC which is running IPInstaller program, then IPInstaller program cannot find device. Make sure that IP address is assigned to the PC properly.
4.  Antivirus software on the PC might interfere with the setup program. Disable the firewall of the antivirus software during the setup of the ICA-3110.

Please follow the steps below:

1. The traffic of the network and the object of the image affect the frame rate. The network congestion causes frame rate to slow down than the setting.
   
2. Check the bandwidth of internet connection. If the internet bandwidth is lower than target bit rate, the video streaming will not work correctly.
   
3. Ethernet switching hub can smooth the frame rate.

You can control the OSD menu by buttons of front panel, IR remote controller and PS/2 mouse.

Maximum 20-25 meters. Please note: the mentioned ranges are indicated as a quick guide and the actual results depend on reflectivity of the scene, light source, weather conditions, etc.
